About the Simunovich Estate

With over 40,000 olive trees producing over 150,000 bottles of extra virgin olive oil a year, the Simunovich Olive Estate is the largest privately owned olive grove in New Zealand. In true Mediterranean tradition, the landscape is contoured with gentle slopes and terraces and has five lakes irrigating the olive trees. Owners Ivan and Branka Simunovich planted the estate on the northern slopes of the Bombay Hills in 1999, launching their products onto the New Zealand market in March 2003.

Olive Body Care & the Simunovich Olive Estate olive oils are available in over 400 outlets through out New Zealand.

Today the Simunovich Olive Estate welcomes all visitors with the same hospitality Croatian people the world over are famous for.
