If you have sensitive skin or are after a product range that’s gentle, you’ll be delighted at the new Tebe range from Auckland’s Simunovich Olive Estate.

It’s not the first range to come from the estate – there’s already the Olive Body Care range you may have seen in stores. However, Tebe not only contains the estate’s fantastic extra virgin olive oil, but also the strong antioxidant ingredient – olive leaf extract. It’s a very gentle range which includes products for your face, lips, body and hands and is made from natural and organic plant extracts and oils.

Olive leaf extract is naturally filled with vitamins and antioxidants, which can help your skin defend itself against the elements - making it softer, firmer and more moisturised. It’s also a leading acne solution. My favourite products from the range are the lip balm, which is a great solution for parched lips and feels great to wear, the hydrating shower gel; it’s such a treat in the morning, and the gorgeous hand cream. Yummy.

Careful though, just because the products contain olive oil, it doesn’t mean you should eat them!
